Rest and be THANKFUL::

I just got back from the hospital today to meet my younger brother who just fractured his hand,seeing so many people there to get a treatment for their illness and sickness around the place, the feeling was strange. Firstly there are so many diseases and there are so many kinds of medication. It’s the best if one does not suffer from any. But as we know the infections are uninvited and the poor health  just creeps in.  We are so occupied in our work that we actually forget to consider the small things in our life which is taken for granted. We are so perfect till those 206 bones and 600 muscles work everyday. We neglect the system and other functions that is going on voluntarily in each one of our bodies. And that one day when something goes wrong with that we then realize how hard it is to stay with any dysfunction in our body. It’s just so weird that how we fail to notice the parts which balance each other in our body.  The other day when I visited my friends who had a ligament tear on his ankle and was using crutches for the support and it was so hard for him to take those 4-5 steps. It’s just the human mind which heals with time and how our brain works.

In another instance when we talk about any casualty it’s again a matter of time when we start leaving our lives all over again and lightheartedly and take things for granted again. This cycle keeps on happening and no one can be blamed for that’s how our psyche is. But what we can do is be grateful for those small things and live our life to the fullest till we have it on our disposal. Be thankful to the people who are around us and how important they are and let them know about the feeling and believe me you will feel good with all the expressing. Just be thankful for what you have got::*   I AM THANKFUL FOR TODAY::)
