They are born with special powers,
Which is beyond this place and towers?
The way they do all the talking,
With the expression, and let out their feeling.

Even if they are treated differently in our community,
The elegance and charisma is beyond perpetuity,
Let’s shower them with all the love and respect,
At each path as we make our expedition perfect.

They are superior around mass and crowd,
As they are gratified what they have found,
And they have different capability of undertaking,
In which we have no idea until we believe in.

Goodbyes can be super difficult; this reminds me of a post that I had written some months back when a friend of mine was leaving for his higher studies. i guess the word is overstated, because you can never be away from the people you really care and love. There is no saying goodbye. And as time passes by, there are changes in our lives, with a new phase and another chapter beginning, it’s hard to bid farewell. There are so many people whom you meet in your journey, and each one of them have inspired you in some or the other way and there is a connection and the bond is just amazing.

Sometimes I wonder is it just the feeling that I have. Or does it revolve round everyone??Going to a place and spending couple of days I feel attached to that surrounding, and there is something more to the area, and I can probably relate loads of things to it.And it’s unbelievable how I get close to people whom I just meet over a flight, or somewhere unexpected .Meeting the best of people, it just cannot get any better.  It’s so great to have a feeling of being associated to so many things and people. And the best part lies where the next step teaches you more and lets you explore and grow like never before. Every day is a new learning experience and the time that you have been with so many people are cherished and remembered. And even when goodbye is the sad part, there is a something great in store to be added to your escapades like the addictive new television series that you were waiting for!!

My feelings wonder far away,

With so many plans in the tray,

Mind is blogged for quite a while,

And the number is out in a mile.

The situations can get so confusing,

You just forget where you were going,

Trying to think about your destination,

It’s easy but takes some perspiration.

The best is to go with the flow,

Cause time always gives you a blow,

And it is on us to stand firm and strong,

Even when the torrent is coming all along!

It’s just about fate and destiny,

It’s with each person and being,

Life is indeed made of cards,

No piece of cake and no easy rewards.

Treasure what you are blessed with

“Time at your disposal” is just a myth

Spread love and happiness each time,

And keep that smile at each mile.

Some decisions taken are not right,

The voyage at times is quite a fright,

Believe in your gut and sixth sense,

You are the master making your own fence!

There are so many manufacturing units and each one has its own area and specialty.  It’s just awesome how each one is structured and managed by a workforce. The last three industries that I had been too, made me write a blog. There are so many small and minor things in a product. It’s crazy and indescribable. And when we go out shopping, our choices are endless. And there the uncertainty starts.

There are documentaries made which comes in Mega – factories which show us how a product is made with perfection. The show is amazing. They are checked in each step and once it does not meet the criteria it is totally scrapped or that batch goes through the same department all over again. If there is one technical glitch in the instrument, it hampers the total production cycle and plan. Due to the time limit, the check and control lacks at times. Expertise are always on the premises, available for any repair or maintenance. There are thousands of people employed and each one has a unique role to play. And keeping the demands of the workforce is again a hard task. Proper supervision and monitoring is required for efficient work culture.

From food products to electronics to clothing each item has a different way of being assembled and created and we as consumers have no idea about the method and route of an article being made and the time spent. We only know about our unlimited wants and it is usually with a specific requirement or customizing what we fancy.

Our society is such an important part in our life that we bind ourselves to it.                There is so much of responsibility that we have towards it that at times we do things which are way diverse than what we would have done if it was just left on us. Similarly,the boundaries and expectations that lie on each family is unimaginable at times.

Coming together of each family is the best part about weddings. But then its not necessary to meet the people that you love only at the time of such events. We need to prioritize our thoughts and make time for our loved ones.Each type of wedding has a charm in it. It should be done in a way that is comfortable for both the bride and groom. Some Indian weddings, there is so much that is done that the ones getting married cannot recall much about their wedding.The bridal shopping, and the dance and music all the time is when the Indian wedding is called “A BIG FAT WEDDING” . The English wedding on the other hand is way different with other rituals.The best part is the speech of the best man and the bridesmaid. The rehearsal, menu-tasting and everything just being next to perfect .All in all, it just needs to be simple and extravagant.Moreover, it just the feeling of being US  that makes it more special. Lately, loads of celebrities from the Hollywood have had an Indian wedding. Its a very normal trait of human beings, who are inclined more towards what they don’t have.

Weddings, even if it is a one-time event can be done in a very smaller yet in a grand way by calling just the people that you want to .There are so many events in the wedding, and so much of show at times which really needs to be pulled down. And even when the educated bunch talk about dowry and match weddings by the investment that each family can make,it gives me a thought of repulsion.  Its just not correct when such a beautiful relationship between two people is considered that ways!!

Weddings is such an important part in each one’s life!! And that day is way precious for the Bride and Groom than anyone else. So, set them free, let them loose , so they can capture each moment of  their valued treasure:)

The best plans are the ones which are made instantly and quickly. This idea for a ec0-friendly drive got onto me and my aunt just a week back. And we are done by the event which was pretty AWESOME. So, what we did was collected 150 tree saplings from the Forest Ministry and put slogans in each one of them and gave it out to the responsible citizens of the town. I would say interested citizens more than responsible.We had 5 types of trees – Guava, Haro, Baro, Kalki and Epilipi. And we were giving it all for free. So we could see less of pollution and the black smoke with more oxygen around.

So we had to book a place which seemed really tedious job around,more than what i had really expected.But somehow we could manage talking up the ground floor at Civil mall and there we were this Saturday with the event. The best part was doing it all together and all the friends who came by for the support. So we had loads of posters giving out messages and the event went out very smooth.

Now, when i talk about the general public we had varieties of people. We had the ones who who just see and make that quirky looking face thinking that ::OMG, they have so much free time!! And some were really just looking at it ( exactly the expression of a window- shopper, want to ask questions but really hesitant).. But there its for free!! And some who really appreciated the event and wanted to volunteer the next time we ever do a drive like this. There were many who would love to take it but did not  have the space to plant one.

We just had one slogan – WE NEED MORE TREES, WHICH IS THE NEED OF THE HOUR AND WE NEED MORE GREENERY AROUND.

There’s a saying education is for children and experience is for adults. But somehow i feel that learning is as important as practice. Learning and gaining knowledge is a never ending process. Qualification is one of the main criteria for getting a job. And the requirement varies with each profession and career. Some strictly look out for experienced candidates. Except the post which is for a highly qualified individual, the others should take both talent and edification into consideration. There’s always a first time and many things can be learnt with time. Since no one is born experienced the individual using his theoritical skill into practicalities helps to become experienced. And by the end one needs to specialize in a sector, therby diversifying into studies is not worth. It all depends upon each person on what his ultimate aim in life is. The most important part is to love and enjoy what you are doing and make your hobby your passion as there is a famous proverb saying: ” All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy”

Have we ever thought about a situation where we have to do all our chores ourselves??  I am sure you must be wondering on what I am talking about.  I am relating to our domestic helpers who are a part of our family. There exists such an unknowing relationship that exists between them and us. The comfort, care and love that they provide is just beyond explanation. But, we are quite a few who are really lucky to have helpers who have stayed a long for a long time.  And I am one of the luckier ones.

It’s just so nice to see them working with so much of compassion and loyalty. The commitment and devotion helps in increasing the bond with the family. These are the people who have seen you grow and know exactly what you want and how you want your things. They have their individual families and the routine that they work in must be so repetitive and tedious for them but it is never seen on their faces. Surely, they must be having their own problems and different stories and backgrounds but they are not uptight about it while working. We really need to learn from that – PATIENCE AND PERSISTENCE. Sometimes it just leaves me amazed on how they carry out their work so genuinely and altruistically. When it comes to the choices of each member of the family, they know exactly on who loves what and who needs what at which time. This is when I am talking about being self- less.

So there are actually so many things that can be done by one self but we are so habituated with people doing it for us. And if each family entity does their own things and divides the group work, things would have been so easy and the work would have been done in no time. But it can never be an alternative to the pampering and the concern that is showered by our new family members!!
